Julia's Guide to Energy Attunements
The recommendations offered in this Guide come from my many years of personal experience of working with both levels of the Christa Energy and with the AnaMata Energy as well as my experience as a spiritual teacher and Advanced Practitioner of the Christa Healing Method®.
I recommend that everyone who is drawn to these Energies, START by being attuned to Level One of the Christa Energy.
And while Level One is the built-in prerequisite to Level Two of the Christa Energy, I strongly suggest that those who are drawn to the AnaMata Energy also START their Energy Attunement process by being attuned to Level One of the Christa Energy.
WHY? Being attuned to and working with Level One of the Christa Energy helps you to open and to strengthen your energy system—and specifically your energy channels—so that it can handle the higher frequencies of both the Level Two Christa Energy and the AnaMata Energy.
The ultimate purpose of being attuned to these high spiritual energies is so that we can bring them INTO our energy vehicles and GROUND them and work with them to create in alignment with God's Energy. And so, it's not just a matter of reaching these energies. We want to be able to bring them into our systems, including into the physical level, to work with them for our own good, for the good of others and for the good of the Earth.
To do this, we need a very strong energy system that can handle these frequencies. And, we want to have ALL of our energy channels open and strong. The process of becoming a strong vehicle of Light requires a lot of healing and it requires SAFETY—safety to heal, protected from outside negative influences, and safety for our energy channels so that we do not burn them out by running energy through them that they are not strong enough to handle.
Level One of the Christa Energy is the energy that helps us create the PROTECTED FOUNDATION we need to become a strong, powerful channel of God's Light and Love in the world.
Once you have been attuned to the first level of the Christa Energy, and worked with it to build in permanent protection throughout your energy system, then you are ready to work with the other two energies, Level Two of the Christa Energy and the AnaMata Energy. Which of these Energies you choose to be attuned to next is up to you, which ever you feel most drawn too.

For full benefit to your healing and spiritual development process you will want to eventually be attuned to work with both of these two higher energies. It's really a matter of your own process as to the order in which you would choose to be attuned to them.
