Hello dear readers. (I do hope someone reads this!) It’s definitely been a while since I posted a blog entry. Having been preoccupied since the end of August through the end of the year with transitioning from Nebraska to Minnesota, I got out of the habit of writing. And although I’ve been feeling the strong urgings from Spirit to get back at this blog writing since the end of the calendar year - or more specifically since the Winter Solstice, I’ve managed to come up with all kinds of other excuses for not getting back at it!

But no more. It’s time to just get back on the horse, as they say. Or, for a more modern twist, to “Just DO it!”

So the next question is “What to write about?” Well, as usual, I’m going to ask for some Divine inspiration here.

The first thought that comes to mind is to ask you all a question: How many of you have been feeling the intensification of your healing or spiritual processing? Or the intensification of your life in general?

If you have been feeling it, I hope that you already know that you are not alone in this!!

ACTIVATION is the word that seems to sum up this year’s evolutionary process for all of humanity. ACTIVATION of the wide spread changes that are happening within the planet herself and within each and every being on this planet at this time.

It’s definitely a tumultuous time because in order for the new to come into being, the old has to break down and give way. And this is happening at ALL levels within us –spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. And it’s happening within societies and cultures, governments and businesses across the globe. And it’s happening for the planet as well.

And it’s not fun; it’s not pretty and it’s not comfortable. And, it seems the more we resist, a whatever level, the harder our experience is.

And so, a phrase that my Spirit Guides have instilled within my consciousness of late is: Get in the FLOW and STAY in the FLOW!

In other words, to keep myself balanced throughout all this shifting and changing and transforming both within myself and within the world at-large, the best tool I have is the strong connection with Spirit that I have been building and cultivating in a very conscious way the last 11-plus years since I first started down what I call the Christed Being Path.

And so when my physical body or my emotional or mental selves start to contract because of fear or resistance, I am reminded to CONSCIOUSLY keep my focus and attention on this God-Connection. AND, I need to consciously stay in an open and receptive place so that I can actually benefit from all of the HELP that is coming in with the wave after wave of higher energies that are finally reaching this planet and causing and assisting in the vibrational transformation of our physical world and in the expansion of human consciousness.

But why? Why stick around? Why stay in this 47 year old body of mine when it would be a lot easier just to leave and help from the “other side”?

Because this transformation is a physically reality. It’s an opportunity to fuse higher levels of consciousness, particularly Christ Consciousness, into our physical reality. And to learn how to EXPRESS that level of consciousness in physical form - to really take seriously Jesus of Nazareth’s example and live as a fully connected, fully empowered Adult Child of God.

And as someone who has chosen the Christed Being Path, I have committed to HELP and to SERVE Spirit and humanity to the best of my ability. And, to even stretch myself and activate and bring forward many of the gifts and abilities that have been lying dormant or suppressed within the depths of my being and that prior to this time of human awakening were either not welcomed or for which there was not yet a readiness.

And so my greatest gifts and abilities that I can offer at this time are my knowledge and skills as spiritual energy healer and as a teacher of spirituality and healing.

I am so amazed by the courage and the deep longings and higher desires of the growing number of the people that I have been privileged to work with of late. The Great Awakening that many within the spiritual and metaphysical circles have been predicting for some time now is actually starting to happen. When I tune in to the needs that are “out there” in the world right now, I sense that we are on the verge of this great shift. And people everywhere are feeling it, whether they have the language or spiritual awareness to understand what is happening or not. I want to help people find the language and gain the spiritual awareness to understand what they are experiencing.

And with this great awakening comes the need for deep healing. So many people have lived in pain and trauma and abuse and limitation and fear for so long and they are tired of it. They are waking up to the reality that there is another way of being in a body on this planet - one that is actually enjoyable, loving, filled with ready abundance and justice and fairness and true partnership.

One of the best ways to move into this new life is through healing, though releasing the old traumas and pain and abuse energies. Through getting these old limiting patterns and programs OUT of their energy system so that they can reclaim their spiritual birthright: to grow into the whole, Light-filled, empowered Being God intends for them to be, free of any interference of any kind or at any level.

This is my prayer for all of us and I am honored to be able to assist those with whom I cross paths.
