Well, I've had quite a week of lessons learned and new discoveries made and I'm thrilled to be able to share these with you in my blog posting for the week!

My Personal Co-creative Manifesting Lesson of the Week, Month, Year, Decade, Lifetime!

The first experience I want to share with you has to do with a very powerful co-creative manifesting lesson I learned as a result of a Christa Healing Session that I received through Adriene Wentworth, the developer of the Christa Healing Method®. (I keep up with my own healing process by both working on myself frequently and with regular healings with Adriene.)

For my own personal development process, I work within a soil-less garden I call "The Garden of Julia." As with all soil-less gardens, I had written up and activated a "DDP" for this soil-less garden. DDP stands for "Definition, Direction, and Purpose." In essence, it's my role as the gardener to spell out "What's the purpose of the Garden?" In my original DDP I had defined the purpose of the Garden of Julia to be "the fulfillment of my Soul's Purpose for this lifetime as Julia Kathryn Ahlers Ness."

And my coning team members -- the Deva of the Garden of Julia, Pan, the White Brotherhood support for the "G of J" and my Personal Spirit Guides and my High Self -- have done a GREAT! job at keeping me on track with helping me fulfill my Soul's Purpose -- the REAL reason I incarnated for this lifetime from my Soul's perspective.

Now what I hadn't accounted for in my original DDP, and which became glaringly obvious from the healing I had with Adriene last week, is that my Soul also has very strong desires of what it really needs to experience in this lifetime, experiences it needs to help it heal and to help it gain strength and confidence.

Yes, Spirit is definitely asking me to do some things while I'm on this planet – and WHAT Spirit is asking of me keeps expanding as I grow and expend. But what came home to me loud and clear from my healing was this,

Hey, things are shifting toward the more Aquarian relationships dynamics of partnership, equality and mutuality at ALL levels of existence. Gone are the days when Spirit (i.e. high authorities) asked us "lower level beings" to do something and we obeyed without question, we served without a thought about our own needs, we did what we were told or asked to do, no matter what it cost us.
     
The New Age that is dawning in our very midst at this time is calling us to work in TRUE PARTNERSHIP with Spirit – and with Nature! – as adult Sons and Daughters of God. That means, we're not underlings anymore and we're not meant to act and participate as an underling would.

Yes, many beings in Spirit guiding the transition of this planet and humanity have some experience of what it's like to live in a body on this third dimensional plane of existence. But many have not! If we're to help them as best we can and they're to help us as best they can, these Spirit Guides need feedback from us!

And these Spirit Guides, although they may see that we have certain abilities and that's why they call on us to do different things, they DO NOT know the whole journey of our Soul, only God and our High Self know that. And the Soul has it's needs, it's desires, too. Needs and desires aren't just the terrain of the small Self, the Ego.

So not only is our Soul's Purpose an important piece to discover on our Spiritual journey, we also have to honor those soul-based desires and needs.

And leading up to last week's healing, my Soul had had enough of all this focusing just on it's Purpose and the dismissing or ignoring of it's Desires! I literally saw myself just STOPPED out in a lake that I had been swimming across. Swimming metaphysically symbolizes spiritual activities and I had just stopped. I couldn't go back, but I also refused to go forward. Thankfully the healing with Adriene cleared the reason for that and I've resumed my swimming! But only after acknowledging that I needed to stop denying the Desires my Soul, but instead to embrace them with as much energy and enthusiasm and determination that I have been applying to the fulfillment of my Soul's Purpose.

And so last night, I amended the DDP of the Garden of Julia to include the fulfillment of both my Soul's Desires and my Soul's Purpose.

Machaelle Small Wright in her book Perelandra Soil-Less Garden Companion warns that if you start to see things appearing in your garden that aren't what you intended or wanted to create or things are going in a direction you are not comfortable or happy about, then you might want to clarify things a bit because the "implications of your DDP are being accurately reflected back to your by your coning team." (p. 13)

Thankfully, my Garden of Julia team finally got the message through to me that things were a little off kilter (out of balance) with the direction I was headed with this Garden and so I made the needed changes! I'm really excited to see how things shift as a result of making this "minor" but really VERY significant, change in my DDP!

Energy Profile Types

The other very exciting discovery of this past week comes courtesy of my explorer husband who is always finding new and interesting "things" out there in the world. He has long received the on-line EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Newsletter and has read many things by Master Energy Therapist Carol Tuttle. Well, last week he passed on a powerful free video offering from Carol Tuttle on clearing old beliefs and limiting energies around money. After watching this video series, following along and gaining the "borrowed benefits" that EFT practitioners talk about, I was impressed and even though I knew it was a sales tool to get me take a look at a product they were promoting, I decided to check things out. And I'm very glad I did!

The product Carol Tuttle was promoting through her free video is called Energy Profiling, which she details in her book It's Just My Nature. I went ahead and ordered the on-line course on Energy Profiling and was thoroughly impressed and fascinated by this new tool for self-understanding that Carol has developed. I was particularly impressed by her knowledge of Nature as an Intelligence that knows balance. Sounded an awful lot like language I've heard for years from Machaelle Small Wright!

Energy Profiling is not just another personality profiling system like Myers-Briggs or others you may be familiar with. It's so much more than that! This system is designed to help YOU discover your true, natural dominant energy type. These energy types are about MOVEMENT. What is the most natural way for you to move through life with BALANCE?

Carol is thoroughly committed to helping people be free of the negative judgements we've all picked up about our natural traits, tendencies and attributes that are really just reflective of our dominant and secondary energy types. She even comments that many people try to use EFT to clear traits that are really just their natural way of approaching life but which they've somehow come to believe are undesirable or bad!

I've not been this excited about a discovery in quite some time and, being a person with dominant type 3 energy, I just have to share it with you!!

Second, because of my exposure on SelfGrowth.com, I've been receiving inquiries from new people and some of the most frequently asked questions are:

1. Does the Christa Healing Method® work for everyone?
2. How many sessions does it take?
   

A similar question to number 2 is, "What would be the best sequence to follow and over what time period?"

I thought I would share my responses to these questions with you today. Even those of you who have done a lot of work with me may find helpful insights in these responses.

Here is my response to the question, Does the Christa Healing Method® work for everyone?

The short answer is Yes. Here's the long answer:

The Christa Healing Method® is a very powerful and effective ENERGY healing method that is able to help people from all walks of life and cultural and religious backgrounds. This method uses spiritual energy, which is made up of pure God vibrations and which is channeled through and directed by the healer, to release blockages in the person's energy system that are the causes of their pain, distress, stuckness, etc.

In other words, the success of the Method is not dependent on the client's personal belief system. Any blockage within the person's energy system, whether it's at the spiritual level or the mental/emotional levels, or the etheric/physical levels, is going to have ENERGETIC FORM that can be released from the person's energy system. This applies to all forms of blockage within the system, whether it's a limiting belief about themselves, or a cording to another person or the pain and impressions from an traumatic experience, and so forth.

Once something is energetically removed from your energy system, it is truly no longer a part of your energy system. A particular issue may have to be addressed from many angles or from different levels, but what is released in any given session is truly cleared out of your energy system.

And, because a Christa Healer attunes to your personal energy, and to your High Self and Guides, she is able to be sensitive to and work within the framework of your personal belief system. This is important in 1) making sure that the releases are both appropriate and in right timing for you and 2) in helping you to consciously understand what is being released and then integrate the changes that the releases facilitate into your consciousness.

Here is my response to the question, How many sessions does it take?

To answer your question "how many does it generally take?" I need to reply by saying that this depends on what you are attempting to accomplish with your healing work.

Given that each person's healing process if different, I cannot give even a general estimate of the number of healings will it take for YOU to feel like you've been able to accomplish your healing goals.

A lot can be cleared in a single session, and because the particular Method that I use and because of my experience level with it, I am able to help people release things at deeper levels, that is, at whatever level THEY are ready to release from. Deeper releases generally facilitate greater results. But again, it really depends on your process and your direction of that process.

That said, I do generally recommend that people new to the Christa Healing Method do have 2-3 sessions over a 8-12 week period in order to get a sense of how extensively and deeply this healing method can help them make the shifts in their lives that they desire. Again, it's your healing process and it's up to you to determine the pace and scope of that process.

If a person does resonate well with the Christa Healing Method®, and for those who are really serious about making progress in their healing process, I also strongly recommend that they receive the Level One Christa Energy Attunement that I offer: http://healingpartnershipsllc.com/energy_attunements

The Christa Energy is Cosmic Christ Energy in vibrations specifically intend to help us to
1) wake up spiritually to greater and greater levels,
2) build lasting protection in our energy system,
3) heal at all levels and literally transform our energy system and elevate our consciousness to higher vibrational levels, and
4) enable us to manifest all that we need to create an enjoyable life and fulfill our life's purpose.

In response to the question, "What would be the best sequence to follow and over what time period?", I offered this additional recommendation:

My general recommendation is that you experience at least one Christa Healing Session before receiving your Level One Christa Energy Attunement, but this is just a recommendation. It's up to the client to make that decision.

As for the other Spiritual Energy Attunements I offer, the Level One Christa Energy Attunement is a prerequisite to receiving the Level Two Christa Energy Attunement. I also recommend that people do the Level One Christa Attunement before receiving the AnaMata Energy Attunement, but this is not required. It takes about 90 days of consistent work with the Level One Christa Energy before the person is ready to receive either one of the other two energy attunements. During this time period you are building permanent protection within your energy system and strengthening it so that it can handle carrying and working with other, more powerful spiritual energies.

During the 90+ days of initial work with the Level One Christa Energy, you will likely feel the need to receive some healing work as well. The two -- the healing method and the energy attunements -- are intended to support each other. How many healing sessions you need during this time period of intensive work with the Level One Christa Energy is up to you. When I first did my Level One Attunement many, many years ago, I had a healing session about every 2 weeks during that 90-day period. Other people may only decide to have 1 or 2 healing sessions. It totally depends on how quickly you feel able to move with your healing process and what your budget allows.

Many of my clients have heard me say the following, but I'll offer it here because it serves as a good overview response to the question: "WHY is the Christa Healing Method® the 'premier spiritual healing tool of our age'?"

Because the extent and level of healing that can be accomplished with the help of the Christa Healing Method® (and the Christa Energy and AnaMata Energy) is as deep and extensive as a person's energy system, this healing method and these spiritual energies are tools that can be used successfully for an entire life time, helping you reach higher and higher levels of Health, Well-being and Personal Power and Freedom.

There really are no limits to what can be accomplished with the Christa Healing Method® and these power spiritual energies; it's fully up to each person to decide how far they want to go in their healing and spiritual development process.

The Christa Healing Method®  and the Christa Energy and the AnaMata Energy are able to help you every step of that journey, however far along that path you feel called (or pushed from High Self!) to go. It's really up to you.

Some people have a only a few Christa Healing Sessions or do only one of the Energy Attunements and then move on. Others (myself included) work extensively with the Christa Energy and the AnaMata Energy and regularly use the Christa Healing Method to help keep them moving forward in their life's journey.

I, personally, am determined to fulfill my Soul's Purpose for this lifetime to the greatest extent that I am able. And so for me, the Christa Healing Method and the Christa Energy and the AnaMata Energies are a very, very important tools that are truly helping me achieve this goal. They're not the only tools I use, but they are a key part of my process.

As is always my intent, I hope that the thoughts that I have shared in this week's posting are in some small or big way helpful to you.

An interesting article came to my attention today. It’s from SelfGrowth.com, the internet site that I and Adriene Wentworth will soon be set up as Official Guides for the topic of Spiritual Healing. (I’ll be sure to let you know when that gets activated.)

I’m on SelfGrowth.com’s email list to receive “Articles from the Experts” and today’s was particularly insightful. And so I though I would share the gist of it with you and put in my own 2 cents worth as well!

The article was “Four Levels of Living: Getting on the Fast Track for Transformation and Growth” by Alan Seale, “an award-winning author, inspirational speaker, leadership and transformation coach, and spiritual mentor.”

The four levels of living Seale refers to move from the surface level of our lives down to the Soul level: 

The Drama Level – At this, the most superficial level of living, we are all caught up in the dramas and traumas of our daily interactions with others and our own personal triumphs and struggles. We think this is “real life,” – like in the movie, Dan in Real Life. The details of these dramas are the details of the stories we tell each other: “So and so said this to me and I was so mad I just about bit their head off.” “My husband’s cheating on me so I’m going to leave him and take him for all he worth.” “My daughter just got into medical school; we’re so proud of her!”

One of the hallmarks of living at the drama level is that it’s a very REACTIONARY way of living. Another is that it signifies a lack or inability to step back and reflect and observe, to say, “Wait a minute, does life really need to be this chaotic or neurotic or boring or stressful? Isn’t there more to life than just living the rat race and acquiring the latest toys?” 

The Situation Level – When people so start to move into a more reflective way of living, says Seale, they start to ask, “What’s really going on? What happened here? Why did it happen? Who’s responsible? Who’s to blame?” At this level of living, the most important thing we want to know “How do we fix the situation?” This level is a little deeper than the drama level, but it’s still looking at our lives from a fairly shallow surface viewpoint.

At the situational level of living, the focus is often on problem solving: here’s the situation, here’s why we think it’s happening, and this is what we think we need to do to fix it. We see this approach to living at all levels: from our approaches to “global situations” (e.g poverty, wars, climate change, trade relations between countries, etc.) to our personal situations (e.g., a family member has Alzheimer's or cancer, a child is having trouble in school, struggles with depression or anxiety, etc.).

At this level, however, there’s still isn’t that clear sense of a deeper calling, a deeper more conscious and more awake way of living. That starts to happen with the next level.

The Choice Level – At this level, says Alan Seale, you are likely to ask yourself, “Who am I within this situation?” You’re willing to look at your role in how the situation came about and in what's happening now, and you will see that you have a choice in where it will go from this point forward.

It’s not easy to get to the Choice Level of living, Seale points out, because very little in our cultural promotes getting unstuck from the drama/fix-it levels. But, when you do start to wake up spiritually and see that you have choices in all the situations and dramas within which you find yourself, you start to move OUT of a reactionary way of living and into a more conscious and self-directed way of going about your life.

A person who lives at the choice level knows that she does have choice in all situations, even if those choices are small ones and she cannot change many of the larger circumstances. Interestingly, what we often find is that when we do recognize that we do always have choices in how to respond to any given situation and we exercise that ability, the effects of our making a conscious choice, even a seemingly small one, can have far wider reaching and more positive impacts than we might imagine.

For example, years ago when I made the choice to start accepting my mother for who and what she is, rather than always asking “Why is she the way she is?” as I had done most of my life up to that point, a profound, positive shift happened in our relationship and she actually started to respond more lovingly to me and less defensively. Ever since that choice on my part of how I would conduct myself in my relationship with my mother, our relationship has evolved to a level that would not have been possible if I had choosen to stay stuck in the drama of growing up with a mother who was not able to be all that I needed and wanted as a child.

Now, how much choice we have in any given situation depends on where we’re at in our healing process and how much of our own personal power we have been able to reclaim. And as we heal, the level of personal power and the levels of choices available to us continue to grow and widen. That’s why healing tools like the Christa Healing Method® are so helpful, because they helps us to grow in personal power and in freedom. Ultimately tools like the Christa Healing Method® can take us to what Alan Seale identifies as the deepest level of living.

The Opportunity Level – Seale describes this level as one in which the first questions we ask ourselves in any given situation are, “What’s the opportunity here? What wants to happen?”

Here, he says, is

where the true power lies. Here’s where the gold is. This situation has happened for some reason. It wants to tell you something -- to help you clearly recognize something that’s not working or wants to change or heal. It wants you to pay attention -- to recognize or learn something so that a similar situation doesn't have to happen again, and even more importantly, so that everyone involved grows and moves forward. Approaching life from the opportunity level cuts to the chase. It gets right to what is out of alignment very quickly and brings things into alignment so that synergy and synchronicity can occur. Asking "What wants to happen?" opens you to much greater awareness and gives you access to much greater insight and information than just fixing it as fast as you can, and certainly brings much greater awareness than you find while reacting at the drama level!

Learning to live at the opportunity level starts with being focused and disciplined enough to step beyond the drama, and then being courageous enough to say there's more to life and leadership than solving problems. It starts with being bold enough to choose who you will be within situations, what relationship you will have to circumstances, and to make a habit of asking that question, "What's the opportunity here?" for everyone involved.

Living at the opportunity level engages your soul. [Emphasis added.] It gives you the space to get in touch with your soul mission, your life purpose, and then listen to that mission for how it wants to be lived through this situation or circumstance. At this fourth level, you are able to recognize all the parts of your life -- work, relationships, family, friends -- as vehicles for living your soul mission. If you try to figure out how to fit your soul into your life, it will never happen. Yet when you commit to living a life that is grounded in your soul and soul mission -- to all of life offering opportunities for living deeper and truer to who you really are -- things start to change. Your life takes on much greater meaning and you greet each morning with excitement for what you get to create that day.

In summary, Seale offers two essential keys “to getting on the fast track for transformation and growth, leading a rewarding and fulfilling life, and making a significant contribution to the world.” These are:

1. Engaging your soul and soul mission in ongoing conversation, following its lead, and creating the life it calls you to live.
2.  Making your first questions in any situation or moment, "What wants to happen? What's the opportunity here?" and then responding accordingly.

Seale acknowledges that while these may be easy concepts to grasp, consciously living from them can be quite challenging.

It’s exactly because of the challenging nature of conscious living and even getting to the point where you are willing and able to ask, “What is my Soul’s purpose?” and “How do I create a Life that fulfills that purpose?” that Adriene Wentworth, the developer of the Christa Healing Method®, has developed the healing and spiritual development tools that she has.

The "Connected, Protected and Empowered Path" that Adriene has charted, under the constant guidance of Spirit, is one in which she offers practical and effective tools to help us

Awaken to the fullness of who we truly are as a person and as a Spiritual Being.

Protect ourselves from all negative energies that keep us stuck illusion and out of our personal and spiritual power.

Heal deeply and at all levels of our being.

Grow in Empowerment and Freedom.

Manifest in alignment with our higher nature and for our own highest good and for the highest good of Humanity, the Earth and all Creation.

Many of you have heard me say that I cannot imagine living on this planet without being able to do the level of healing that the Christa Healing Method® makes possible NOR without the protection and the strong, solid connection I have been able to build to the Christa Energy. Those of you who know me well know how sincerely and deeply I mean this declaration.

As I contemplate which “thoughts to share” this week, I’m a bit perplexed. My intention always is to share thoughts and insights that others will find helpful. But today I’m feeling a somewhat stuck myself. I’m tuned in to my Soil-less Garden team and trying to hear what they have to suggest and all I hear is “write from the heart, write from your own experience.” So that’s what I’ll try to do.

“Stuck” is perhaps not the right word to describe where I’m at right now. It’s more like I’m at a place where I need to decide to take things – my life, my work – to a new level, to a more expanded level than I have done so up to this point in my life. I’ve been doing the prep work, but now I seem to be facing the point where the rubber needs to hit the road. For me, this means gathering up all the skills, resources and experience that I’ve been developing all these many years and really putting them out there so that I can help more people than I have reached thus far.

It’s a scary a thought, putting one’s self “out there” for others to find you. I know from my own tuning in that there is great need for the abilities and services I have to offer. And that need is growing exponentially and is truly about to explode wide open as the time of the Great Awakening gets closer. So I sense people waiting for me, but I also know that there are many “out there” who will not be glad to see the likes of me arrive on the larger scene.

Why? Because there are a lot of folks who are very invested, whether they are consciously aware of it or not, in keeping people out of their power and disconnected from Spirit. And because of what is TRULY POSSIBLE with the Christa Healing Method® and when one is attuned to the Level One Christa Energy, to the Level Two Christa Energy and to the AnaMata Energy. And the further I go down the “connected, protected and empowered path” that Adriene Wentworth has charted, the more I can attest to the Truth of that statement.

In contrast, you’ve probably noticed of late that there has been an explosion of self-help and healing techniques and gurus out there hawking their program, their technique, their path and many of them promising quick results with very little effort. No doubt there are MANY, MANY helpful and innovative resources available to help us “be all that we can be.” And as I wrote last week, it’s really good to have a wide assortment of QUALITY tools in one’s healing and self-growth tool box.

But I also know that there is a lot of Illusion and snake oil out there as well:  products and programs and techniques that have a lot of “seductive appeal” and which play on our fears and our frustrations and our desperation when it comes to fulfilling our hopes and dreams.

So how is one to KNOW what’s legit and what isn’t? This is a tricky question and when you are in the first stages of the opening and awakening process, discernment is usually not a skill that one has had time to develop yet.

I laugh every time I think about when my husband and I were first opening up to “Spirit Guides” and we connected with a non-embodied Being who hung out in the attic of the big old farm house we had moved into but had not yet purchased. This Being had a real connection with the Land around the acreage we were thinking about purchasing and was thrilled to have the likes of myself and my husband show up because our values seemed to fit his when it came to how to care for the Land. And because we were so new to this whole spirit guide business and were so sincerely open for guidance, we ended up buying this acreage because of the presence and influence of this Being hanging out in the attic of that house!

But was it really in our HIGHEST interest to do so? Was it for our highest good AND the highest good for all concerned in the situation? Well, hindsight and experience has taught us to be a little more cautious when it comes to following “guidance” that comes from sources other than our own High Self.

When you first come to receive a Christa Healing Method® session, one of the most important things that happens is that you receive help in connecting to you own High Self.

When we’re spiritually asleep our connection to High Self is still there, but the volume is often turned way down or is off all together! That very first Christa Healing session makes sure that the volume gets turned on and turned up. And this High Self connection just gets stronger and clearer with every subsequent healing you receive.

Why this is so important is because having a fully functioning and STRONG connection to your own High Self – the part of you who stays close to God and who understands the whole of who you are, what your Soul’s journey has been and what it still needs to experience in order to grow and mature – IS THE BEST FORM OF GUIDANCE you can receive. Your High Self knows what is truly for your highest good and is always there, trying to communicate that information to you through your Heart Center, through your intuition, through your gut feelings. So when you first start to awaken spiritually it’s vitally important to do whatever you can to grow and strength your connection to your own High Self, the best Spirit Guide you have.

Along with having the volume turned on and audible, you also need to be committed to actually “tuning in and listening.” This is where tools like connected meditation comes in – meditation techniques that help you to get past the physical body, past the emotional body, past the mental body and into your spiritual body where your High Self channel is the strongest and the clearest!

When you are turned into your High Self and have learned reliable ways to check in with and listen to your High Self for guidance, you’ve got a good solid foundation upon which to build and to discern what is truly for your highest good in all situations. This is how you learn how to discern the “wheat from the chaff,” and the True and the False when it comes to possible tools to help you achieve your goals and dreams.

Staying connected to High Self will help you to see those persons who are coming from Truth, because they will carry within them and emanate a Light that cannot be faked. What they have to offer will ring True and lead to genuine Empowerment and genuine Freedom from Illusion. Folks like this probably won’t have the slickest marketing materials nor be able to offer you the flashiest, wildest success stories. But more than likely, what they do have to offer will have True Value where it counts.

So as I bring this week’s blog to a close, I realize I’ve given myself a pep-talk as much as I have you, the reader!

The road to becoming a Fully Empowered and Truly Free God-Being in physical form is not an easy task, especially for those of us who are paving an uncharted path in an environment so bogged down in lower vibration. But as more and more people “lighten up” and get unplugged from all the Illusion energy swirling around this planet, the easier it will be for those around us who are just starting to awaken to their True Spiritual Nature.

So do whatever you can to heal and free yourself up and by this alone, you will be helping everyone and the whole of Creation immeasurably!
